Joe Parker is a financial and business strategist with more than 25 years professional experience managing and integrating key support functions into the strategic management process of companies. His leadership brings to EnviroProducts International solid management experience and knowledge of the financial function. He has expertise in identifying the "value drivers" of a business or planning unit. He develops strategic options and communicates those options to the stakeholders in a fast-moving, developing organization. He has served as the CEO for a privately held multi-location business generating over $20 million in revenue and employing over 300 people.

Early in his career, he was the financial manager for the Holiday Inns Hotel Division where he developed the financial function of the division into a viable department in a transition from an entrepreneurial organization to a structured public company. In this capacity, he developed and implemented a capital expenditure, budgeting and control system for the division's $20 million capital budget. He also developed and managed the first computerized budgeting system for the 170-inn division and assisted the reorganization of the division, including department head and field position hiring for the 170 innkeepers and food-and-beverage managers.
